The swimming competitions for the Liv. Dubai Schools Games 2023 began on May 9, they were timed finals with alternate boy's and girl’s heats.

The swimming competition was handled and officiated under the capable hands of our technical partner Hamilton Aquatics and was held at one of the top facilities in Dubai Hamdan Sports Complex, our venue partner for the two-day event. We together with our partners Liv, Mai Dubai, Go Sport, Aster Hospitals and Clinics have all witnessed once again a much more successful two-day event with many personal bests that come out of each race.

From the 55 schools that participated in the previous season with 870 swimmers, up until this season's turnout of 54 schools with 1001 swimmers registered. One of the popular events on our calendar and portfolio is the swimming competition. The crowd's and the swimmers' enthusiasm were fascinating because the two-day event was brimming with anticipation and inspiration, which led to success and added accomplishments for those who participated.

The swimming championships have been scheduled for 14 events with 83 heats of swimming on the first day and 86 heats of swimming on the second day. This is the second year we have run the competition, but each year we are able to find a lot of diamonds in the rough with so much potential that gave solid swims.
