Dubai, February 6th, 2024 - Al Ahli Sports Club hosted the exciting Talabat Dubai Schools Games Karate Championships, where young martial artists displayed their skills with passion and determination. With the patronage of the Dubai Sports Council and sponsorship from talabat, Al marai, Go Sport, and Mai Dubai the event showcased thrilling matches in Kata and Kumite disciplines, alongside the support of Technical Partners Shito Ryu Karate Academy & UAE Karate Federation.

In the Kata category, participants showcased their proficiency in form and technique, captivating spectators with their precision and grace. Among the standout performers were:

U11 Girls: In Group A, Deepshika M from Ambassador School claimed the top spot, followed closely by Aarya P from Jumeirah Primary School and Stuti K from GEMS Modern Academy, securing second and third place, respectively. Group B saw Uriel M from Pristine Private School emerge victorious, with Aadvika B from Ambassador School and Labdhi J from The Sheffield Private School clinching second and third place, respectively.

U11 Boys: Arth B from Ambassador School demonstrated exceptional skill to secure the first position in Group A, followed by Tameem O from The Westminster School and Atharv P from Dubai Scholars Private School in second and third place, respectively. In Group B, Vivaan G from Ambassador School claimed the top spot, with Rishik R and Shvaansh P from GEMS Modern Academy securing second and third place, respectively.

U13 Girls: In Group A, Dana K from The Westminster School exhibited exceptional prowess, securing the top position with her precise movements and focus. She was closely followed by Namaha S from Ambassador School and Geethika A from GEMS Modern Academy, who displayed remarkable skills to claim second and third place, respectively.

Group B witnessed a standout performance from Hannah P of GEMS Modern Academy, who demonstrated impressive technique and determination to clinch the first position. Aashira V and Tvisha K, also from GEMS Modern Academy, secured second and third place, showcasing their talent and dedication to the sport.

U13 Boys: Chanukya T from Ambassador School showcased outstanding proficiency in Group A, securing the top spot with his strong and controlled kata performance. Nathan S from GEMS Modern Academy displayed commendable skill to secure second place in a closely contested match.
